Refunds

• To request a refund, go to https://clkbank.com/
• Enter the information required to look up your order
• After the order information appears, click on "Order Details, Tech Support & Refunds'
• After you click on "Get Support", click "Refund Request"
• It will then ask for the reason of the refund
• Once you click "Send", the refund will begin processing
